Who We Are

Gina Blakeslee MS, CSW, President

Gina a skilled trainer, writer and coach. She is an  honors graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in psychology.  She is a social worker and holds a Certification from Rutgers University, School of Social Work, in Training Skills. Gina has been awarded a Masters in Science in Training & Performance Improvement at Capella University.   She is currently a PhD candidate in the same discipline.

Gina has a special talent for training program development and specializes in writing and presenting customized training programs for organizations and individuals. She is skilled at needs assessment and consulting.

An effective executive and corporate coach, Gina truly enjoys her clients. Her coaching style is insightful, direct and very supportive.

Ralph E. Blakeslee, III,  MPA, RMC, Vice President

Ralph has been a public administrator for over 17 years.  He has extensive public management experience along with substantial personnel management ability. 

Ralph graduated from Montclair State University (MSU) with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Public Administration.   He  graduated with honors from Rutgers University's Executive Masters in Public Administration program.  In the spring of 2004 he was appointed to an  adjunct professor at MSU where he teachers State & Local Government and Governmental Budgeting.

Completely self-taught in the areas of web design and administration, he created and launched Government Educators, New Jersey's first distance learning web site for certified municipal officials.
